In 8th grade, the students get taller, and run faster. They attend Jr High Dances, Boy/Girl Parties, and football games. They make trips to the snowball stand, take walks around the neighborhood, write letters in class, and prepare for high school.
In 8th grade, Megan and Josh started dating. Through high school, their love blossomed, and then into college at LSU where Megan began her path as an interior designer and Josh as a construction manager.
He calls her “Megan Pittman.” She calls him “Darling.” And they still laugh and cut up like they are in Junior High. Josh is SO patient and SUCH a gentleman. He waits for her, he helps her, and she lets him. Their love has matured, but they have never lost the spark of their 8th grade love.
One thing Megan and Josh are really good at….is being silly and enjoying each other.
They spent a lot of time studying & designing in college…but always made time for each other. :)
Josh is great at making her laugh.
My mom always told me to marry my best friend. I can see that Megan has found hers, and Josh his.
This is one of my favorites from the session! :)
They are so sweet together.
Attending LSU was an important step for both Megan and Josh. So, being able to take their pictures taken there was really nice!..
I stepped back for a few seconds to give them some time to just be with each other….and of course….they laughed with one another.
Josh is a manly sort of man. And he LOVES his four wheeler. Now, I don’t know too much about 4-wheelers, but I know this.
His 4-wheeler is SWEET!
Megan and Josh enjoy spending their free time riding four wheelers….and kissing each other on them. :) :) :)
They are SUCH a good looking couple.
Megan and Josh,
Thank you for letting me spend the evening with you two (And Megan…the following day with you again!!) It’s really nice to see that love never fades. And with time, patience, and trust, it can grow to be as strong as the love between the two of you. It’s also nice to see that love is fun….and playful….and silly. I’m glad you two have found each other, and I can’t wait for your wedding.
