Though Jake swears it’s been 8 years and Shelby says 7…lol…the day of their wedding marked the “official” start of a new chapter for Shelby + Jake. 😉 They met through mutual friends and have spent the past ? years since becoming each others whole world. 🙂

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know this sweet couple and their wonderful family and friends. They’re all super close and just have this awesome, unbreakable bond. They look out for one another and are willing to lend a helping hand.
I was privileged to not only photograph their engagements but Shelby’s bridals as well…and this past June 27th…..their wedding day!
Shelby + Jake’s wedding was so classic. It started out at the Buchanan Lofts where Shelby + her bridesmaids spent the morning together…traveled (on a school bus actually) to St. John’s where Shelby + Jake exchanged their vows in front of those they love…..and finished at Abacus with lots of food, dancing and fun!
