Amber + Michael met initially at the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Baton Rouge. But their first interaction was when Michael asked Amber to dance. In that moment, Amber was immediately drawn to Michael’s confidence…and agreed to give him a chance. After that day…they spend the next day together…and the next and the next…and well…that was two years ago!
This past August 1st, Amber + Michael tied the knot in front of their friends and family at St. John’s Cathedral; I was privileged to have the opportunity to document their day!
Amber + Michael knew from the beginning they wanted a classic wedding day filled with love, a live band, and lots of music (Their wedding was exactly what they’d envisioned). The color palette was blush and ivory with accents of gold to dress up the decor. Their wedding could be described as traditional, elegant…and LOTS.OF.FUN! Everything went so smoothly (despite the rain) and I’m happy to share a few of my favorites from their day.
