Not too long after Ande’s move to Houston, she decided to spend the afternoon shopping and becoming better acquainted with the city. While she was out, Chris snuck flowers and champagne into her place (knowing how perceptive she was…and wanting to make SURE her proposal was kept secret until the right time). The next morning Ande had plans to workout and lay by the pool…but instead, as she walked out of her room to find flowers and Chris waiting to ask for her hand in marriage.
They had mimosas to celebrate and spent the weekend traveling to surprise their loved ones as well! <3
Ande + Chris traveled to Lafayette to photograph their engagement session in the beautiful Alumni Gardens on UL’s campus! The pollen count may have been high that day but so was the amount of love in the air. 🙂 🙂 And I had a ton of fun working with these two!
Everything about the session was just….easy. Their interaction with each other, their ability to pose and let go…and our connection with each other! I have really enjoyed working with Ande + Chris and am looking forward to their wedding day!
