Amenah and Luke met during her time working as a summer clerk at his law firm. They were friends at first (Amenah thought Luke was one of the most genuine individuals she’d ever met!) And months after her clerkship ended, a mutual friend shared that Luke asked often how she was doing! Over the next few months, Luke began making contact with Amenah and in December of 2012 they attended their first Saints game together! The rest is history.
Their engagement began in New York City. Luke took Amenah to a Broadway Play followed by a carriage ride; and at the end of the night, he proposed! <3
They’re now both lawyers (Amenah also has an incredible passion for music) and are preparing for married life as one of the sweetest couples ever!!!
We photographed their engagements a few weeks back on the beautiful grounds of City Park! We were even able to take a few photos where Luke went to school, making the session even more special than it already was. 🙂 I love their outfits, their adorable pup, and these two in general. It’s couples like Amenah and Luke that keep me believing I have the best job in the entire world!!!
