They were in a town called Victory near New Orleans. He had to lie to surprise her but it was worth it to him just to see her smile…which she does: constantly. Jency could potentially be the HAPPIEST person that I know, and to see her without a smile on her face is definitely the exception not the norm.
She had a weekend away from homework, and Tristan wanted nothing more than to take her away for a fun weekend with their friends Brandon and Ashley. Tristan had reservations for them to stay at Oak Alley Plantation and to attend a concert that night.
When they arrived at Oak Alley, she was busy getting ready when he found the most opportune moment to propose. As Jency realized that he was asking her to marry him, she nearly passed out. To be honest, I might have passed out too…(her ring is GORGEOUS!) <—and he picked out completely own his own.
I cannot explain how incredibly sweet it is to photograph a couple like Jency + Tristan. One reason that I LOVE engagement sessions, is because it allows me to better know my clients individually and to see them interact with each other as a couple. To see such a beautiful couple and the way they love each other is just…breathtaking.Â
The way the Tristan looks at her really shows his love for her and this really came through in their images. Jency, you did a wonderful job planning for the session and I really enjoyed the day! We had the special opportunity to photograph not only in Jungle Gardens, but around Avery Island as well (something I’ve never done before)! I am so thankful to your mom and to your Aunt Donna for coming along as well….
Great pictures!!! Love all of them! Cant wait for the wedding:)
