Tell us about your wedding venue(s) and why you chose to get married there.
We wanted an outdoor ceremony with a pretty view, a great reception venue, and a place where our family and friends could stay the entire weekend. Nottoway had all that and more. It was the first and only place we visited when choosing our venue.

What is your favorite wedding memory?
We both stayed at Nottoway in separate rooms the night prior to the wedding, and managed not to see one another the entire day of our wedding. Seeing each other for the first time that evening as I walked down the aisle was very special and definitely worth the wait!
Did you create any details yourself? How did you incorporate your personalities into the wedding?
We wanted the ceremony music to be different from the traditional wedding songs, so all of the songs we chose were written by the Beatles (one of our favorite bands), and played on the harp.
