Ellie + Mitch’s relationship began at the place they’d eventually exchange wedding vows: Our Lady of Wisdom Catholic Church.
It’s been over 5 years since that original meeting and as of a few weeks ago, their lives have begun as husband and wife. They celebrated their wedding day in an explosion of colors: dusk blue, african viole, grayed jade, silver, and linen. The wedding was eco-conscious, heartfelt and hand-crafted primarily by the bride!
Ellie created so many lovely DETAILS including hangers for the bridesmaids dresses, dip-dyed table linens, yarn wrapped jars, wooden plank centerpieces, hand-painted signs..and the list goes on and on. Her brother even made the bench they sat on during the ceremony. And Ellie’s favorite detail was her dress.
There were also so many personal MOMENTS during the day including when Ellie’s dad sang during the ceremony, the prayer with she and her bridesmaids, and a surprise song for their first dance. The day was so perfect and I’m honored to have shared in it by documenting all of these special details and moments.
And a special thanks to all the vendors who were a part of their special day:
