Kristin + Brian have known each other since high school. Although separated by a few years in age they were brought together by a family member on a regular basis. Their attraction was mutual but the timing wasn’t yet right…
Years passed and mutual relationships continued to bring them together. Brian could be described as somewhat shy but his desire to see Kristin exclusively outweighed his fears. And beginning with their first date they’ve been inseparable since!
Kristin says she has not only fallen in love with Brian but with his son as well. 🙂 Carter, now three years old…became a part of the final proposal, helping to make the final decision on Kristin’s ring!
And when it came time to propose, Brian included Carter in the proposal as well. They recorded a story for Kristin in a recordable Christmas hallmark card. And when Kristin turned to the last page, it was Carter’s voice saying “KK will you marry us? Please say yes!”
Kristin’s ring was wrapped in what looked like a present, under the printed Christmas tree on the card!
Kristin + Brian chose to have their engagement session photographed on the gorgeous grounds of Rip Van Winkle Gardens! It was a beautiful day and I’m so happy to have had the opportunity to spend time with these two! Kristin is a LONG time family friend so I’m especially honored to have shared in this special time! :::
