The beauty of the internet….is AMAZING. In fact, Tiffiny + Thien’s start is partially due to the effects of the internet. And this makes me happy.
They were intertwined immediately, going out with friends and hanging in similar circles. As time went on, they became friends on facebook, commented on each others photos, messaged about…and eventually found an interest in each other beyond a friendship.
That was 3 years ago.
The proposal was no surprise as Tiffiny + Thien have been smitten from the get-go. When the time did come, he left the ring on her side table and waited until she found it. Even the casual nature of his proposal speaks volumes of their personalities. I love that they are both so incredibly laid back and trusting!
We had a blast for their shoot; it was a gorgeous day and the peacocks were out and about and as you can see below showing off their beauty. We photographed their engagements in the lovely gardens of Rip Van Winkle and enjoyed every minute of the shoot!
I really love shooting engagements because it gives me the chance to better know my clients! Tiffiny was the maid-of-honor in her best friend Natalie’s wedding (who is now pregnant for her first little one!) and now, I’m SO SO excited to be photographing for Tiffiny’s special day as well!
