After first meeting Ezzie while photographing her sister Katie’s wedding, it was a true honor and pleasure when she asked me to photograph she and Joe’s wedding! They are SUCH a sweet couple. And I truly enjoyed being the one to document all the hard work, thought and effort that went into their wedding festivities.
Ezzie + Joe currently live in the heart of Houston but love the country for its openness and slow-paced lifestyle. So, when they started searching for the perfect spot to exchange their vows, they happened across the Rockin Star Ranch in Brenham.
They loved the rolling hills and bluebonnets in the spring season. The environment was perfectly THEM.
The Goodwins were married in Chappell Hill like the well know tune “Going to the chapel”…and the reception took place adjacent to the horses roaming (something that really hits home for Joe.)
Their wedding was classic and “bow fantastic” :), with a bit of country flare. Ezzie’s favorite detail was her dress and they created everything from seating chart boards to welcome signs. It. Was. GORGEOUS! Check it out for yourself below! <3
