“Mike was looking for someone to be on his team.” They’ve now been dating for about 8 years….and he’s found his teammate. Alaina + Mike are true partners, lovers, and friends.
They originally met in high school but it wasn’t until later when they realized their wit and smarts were a perfect match. Mike loved Alaina’s smile, beauty, and her ability to have fun despite the situation. He would meet up with her for walks and even cook her pastas. <–That’s when she was sold. 🙂
They love that they can be together for hours and the laughter and fun never dies. They’ve pushed each other thorugh the years and made each other better. (Isn’t this what a relationship is all about). 🙂
Alaina + Mike are so passionate and it has been so wonderful getting to know these two and work with them as their photographer. If you have not had the chance to view their engagements and Alaina’s bridals, please take a moment to do so…
Their Olive Green, Ivory, and Pink Palette really set the stage for their elegant + romantic day!

While I was with Alaina as she and her bridesmaids got ready for her special day,
Amelia was shooting with Mike and enjoying the outdoors! 🙂
This is Mike’s good luck charm.
Alaina was so lucky to have such a wonderful group of ladies by her side on her wedding day.
….the moment before she walked down the aisle. Alaina and Mike opted not to do a first look so this was the first time they’d seen each other on their wedding day. 🙂
His eyes were so filled with love seeing her for the first day in her gown!
I loved Alaina’s expression during the vows.
Their first kiss as husband and wife!
Mr. and Mrs. Michael Segura
We spent some time shooting inside St. Peter’s after the ceremony ended.
We wanted to make sure we reserved that time to get the pictures I know they’ll treasure forever. 🙂
…. Such a gorgeous cake!
Their first dance as husband and wife!
Congratulations you two!!!
From our engagement session in the dead heat of summer to the downpour during Alaina’s bridals,
I was so happy they were blessed with a beautiful day for their wedding.
But their day was not only beautiful because of the weather but also because this couple had waited so long…..
for the most amazing day of their lives. I am so happy we were there to capture it.
