Tell us about your wedding venue(s) and why you chose to get married there.
St John the Evangelist Catholic Church is Brandon’s family’s church and it’s the most beautiful church we have seen thus far. It’s so grand and it was big enough to hold our entire wedding party! Ha!!
What is your favorite wedding memory?
When the doors to the church opened and our eyes met. 🙂
Did you create any details yourself? How did you incorporate your personalities into the wedding?
Yes! We made our wedding favors. They were so cute and who doesn’t like caramel popcorn?! We also made all of the cane reeds at our reception (with the help of our parents and Brandon’s sister). We were so happy the way they came out- definitely made a statement at our reception. I wanted a classic and traditional wedding and reception. But we both like to laugh at ourselves, so we decided to leave our reception in my brothers camp truck- a 1981 white Chevy. Always keeping it classy! Lol.
