My clients trust me to photograph their weddings. They trust me to capture their special moments and memories…on one of the most important days of their lives. And when my clients look back I want them to always remember their day for the way it was; both visually and emotionally.
Having my clients PUBLISHED is a huge honor. And I absolutely LOVE when a blogsite feels that both my client’s wedding and my work is a good fit for display on their site.
This year, I was notified that I have been chosen as a 2014 Editors’ Choice recipient for Two Bright Lights. Two Bright Lights is a site designed to assist in the formatting and uploading of images for publication; and as a result they have access to each users percentage of publication.
Over the past few years, I’ve learned more about what it takes in order to get my clients published and I hope to continue to see their stories shared in these online and print capacities!!!

On today, the final day of the 2012 presidential election, I thought this post would be fitting. Yesterday, I received an email from Tracey of “a bicycle built for two”, a wedding inspiration blog.
It’s so incredible to look at how far our world has come. We’ve overcome so many political debates and issues, I even give thanks when exercising my own right to vote today because I realize that at one point….not even 100 years ago, women didn’t have that right.
A bicycle built for two is a site designed to celebrate the love of all couples but specifically same sex couples. The writer, Tracey, expressed her difficulty in finding online inspiration for her own wedding and was pushed at that time to start a site of her own. I’m honored that Jen + Tara could be featured and will hopefully inspire another couple with their images!
