If you could sum up your wedding in three words, what would they be?
Romantic, Elegant, Lively

Tell us about your wedding venue(s) and why you chose to get married there.
I knew I wanted the church and reception venue to be close in proximity, just to keep things easier logistically. We didn’t think we’d be able to get a date at Immaculate Conception but one became available in January, and it just so happened that I heard about this new hotel that was under construction down the street. My mom and I put on hard hats & vests to look at the space knowing it would take 5 more months to be completed. I was at least able to see the crane, exposed brick and giant windows- even as a construction zone it was full of character. Patrick actually didn’t see the venue til six months before our wedding.

What was your favorite wedding detail?
I don’t think I can pick just one! Definitely my bouquet! Sara from Antigua Floral makes dreams come true! Another favorite detail were our parents and grandparents wedding photos lining the entrance to our reception. This was my mom’s idea, and I am SO happy we did it! It was really special.

What is your favorite wedding memory from the day?
Meeting Patrick at the altar. Our ceremony in general was really really special and I loved being right by his side the whole time.

How did you incorporate your personalities into your wedding celebration?
Family and friends are so important to us, and since all of the people we love and care about would be in one place, we wanted to throw a fabulous party! I think our personalities were showcased through the array of delicious food, flowing drinks and energetic music!

What is your wedding song?
“Coming Home” – Leon Bridges
