Katie Norris is a Dallas-based photographer and filmmaker who took a leap of creative faith when she founded the nonprofit Fotolanthropy six years ago. Fotolanthropy has produced more than 20 films that share the inspiring true stories of remarkable people who have defied great odds. Katie is the producer of 2 award-winning films Travis: A Soldier’s Story and The Luckiest Man, and she is currently working on her new documentary project titled 7 Yards. Katie is also the founder of the Fotostrap, a beautiful genuine leather and customizable camera strap that also supports the mission and work of Fotolanthropy. I am so excited to be sharing my conversation with Katie with all of you!
