Aaron makes Amanda laugh; and as I observed..and captured, it immediately became evident how much he respects her as well. He holds her hand to lift her up as she rises from a seated position. As a matter of fact, at one point during the session I realized that any time I wasn’t shooting, he was holding her hand.
They are artistic and appreciate the beauty in small things; not only in the sense of wedding details, but also in life. They appreciate each other. And I could see how being together for the session was just another chance for them to enjoy being with one another. They are strong in their faith and lean on each other to be better people. I really enjoyed spending the afternoon learning more about them and admiring their love for living.
It was a beautiful day, we really couldn’t have asked for better weather, and now that Spring has begun, we’re starting to see flowers in bloom. We took full advantage of Spring during their session as well as the beautiful Louisiana light.
Amanda and Aaron spend a lot of their spare time outdoors. Aaron loves to fish and Amanda is always reading a good book….or two. 🙂
You HAVE to love him!!! This image makes me smile.
Amanda has the most beautiful hair!!!!
This was what they looked like the entire session, laughing, cutting up…there was never a dull moment between those two.
This is one of my favorites from the session!
I challenged myself to search for unique instances of light…and we came across this!!
On their very first date, one thing led to another and it turned into a rock skipping contest….which eventually led to an extremely unique proposal…that I’ll share with you on their wedding day. We pulled off to the side of the pond and they reminisced on that day…competing again!
Amanda and Aaron,
I really cannot say enough about the two of you! You have such a sweet love for one another and treat each other with the utmost respect and love. Thank you for sharing the day with me! 🙂 I am inspired by your faith and your love for each other.
