Why did you choose this particular session location?
I had seen a few photos that were taken by India Earl, and loved the open field and laid back vibe in the photos. Louisiana Horse Farm was suggested by Catherine because it had a similar open field and laid back vibe.
What made you decide to do a newlywed session?
Nick and I barely had any time to enjoy taking portraits together between our ceremony and reception. Leading up to the wedding I had grown to love wedding photography and the emotions that a simple photo can bring to someone. I wanted photos to pass down to our future children, grandchildren, etc..
What was your favorite part of the shoot?
When Nick picked me up and twirled me around!
Tell us how married life has been so far and what you are most looking forward to in the future!
Married life has been fun, memorable, amazing and a learning process, all at the same time. I can’t wait to be settled in our careers and start a family one day!
