When it came time to plan Falon’s engagement session, she opted for a newlywed session instead! The day of the wedding the sun went down prior to ceremony and with a traditional timeline (meaning no first look) the only photos we were able to take were night-time images and photos at the reception venue. The newlywed session really was such a great idea and a perfect way to get lovely, natural light photos of them in wedding day attire.
Falon was also gifted a lovely fur from her parents the day of the wedding so it was super neat for her to incorporate that as well as Chris’s second wedding day jacket!
We started at the Omni which created a seamless aesthetic of images to match their wedding day photos and took the rest in the French Quarter! I have had so much fun getting to know this sweet couple!! Below are a few favorites from the session!!
