Last August 4, Natalie + Will became Mr. and Mrs. Sirgo on the beautiful grounds of Southern Oaks Plantation in New Orleans.
After having photographed their engagements and Natalie’s bridals, I developed a strong friendship that I have surely missed over the last year. So, when Natalie contacted me about photographing their anniversary session in the gorgeous city of San Francisco, I was over the moon with excitement.
Because they felt strongly about photographing exactly one year to the date of their wedding, I literally flew into the city and began the shoot. As I wrote in my post on preparing for a destination shoot, the communication we had beforehand was so helpful in making the shoot a smooth experience!
Natalie, Will, and I literally picked up where we left off! They also had the chance to meet Brad who was so helpful in assisting at their session! It was definitely a super fun afternoon that produced images they will forever cherish!
I am grateful to have had the chance to shoot in such an awesome location with such a sweet and loving couple. We laughed lots…toughed it out in the cold San Francisco ocean breeze and I even tried my first macaroon (the almond is my favorite)! 🙂
I have been so anxious to blog these images…here are a few of my favorites!
