Terms and conditions
By purchasing access to Wedding Photography Society, you agree to the following terms and conditions of purchase.
+ I authorize Catherine Guidry to charge my Wedding Photography Society membership subscription to the credit card information provided herein.
+ I agree to pay for these purchases in accordance with the issuing bank card holder or credit card agreement.
+ I understand that Wedding Photography Society is a subscription that auto-renews.
+ I understand that my Wedding Photography Society subscription will automatically renew and that I'll be charged my selected bundle rate up front, in full, at each renewal period, unless I inform Catherine Guidry that I would like to cancel at least 3 business days prior to the automatic renewal date. Additionally, I understand and agree to the following:
+ Any payments made to Catherine Guidry are nonrefundable, under any and all circumstances, including, but not limited to: Acts of God.
+ Catherine Guidry is committed to offering education, advice, and solutions through the Wedding Photography Society as pertaining to the photography industry in the creation, development, and maintenance of your business and yourself.
+ Catherine Guidry will give you tools and offer resources that you can use to improve yourself, your business, and business strategy.
+ During your membership experience, the Wedding Photography Society will provide a supportive and encouraging environment, but will be completely transparent with you, sometimes offering detailed insight into how you can better your business.
+ You agree to be patient and kind with yourself as you learn ideas and concepts, set goals, and implement those ideas and concepts.
+ You understand that the Wedding Photography Society’s teaching works when you do the work and you agree to take ownership for your progress and accomplishments.
+ You agree to show up for yourself not only within the Wedding Photography Society community, but also in between, on your own time (this is where you apply what you learn).
+ You agree that you are the expert in your own life and are fully responsible for any choices and decisions you make during your journey.
+ You agree not to hold Catherine Guidry or any company Catherine is affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the choices you make.
+ You acknowledge that Catherine Guidry owns, or has permission to use, all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in any written or online materials that may be used during your membership. Catherine Guidry hereby grants you permission to use these materials shared inside of the Wedding Photography Society for your own personal use only. You agree not to copy, share, sell, or distribute any of these materials to anyone else.
+ Catherine Guidry agrees to keep all information about the community/relationship strictly confidential as well as any materials, documents, or procedures given by Wedding Photography Society to the community, except in very rare circumstances where disclosure is required by law, for example when a court might issue a subpoena for the file or information, or if you threaten to harm yourself, or others.
+ Catherine Guidry reserves the right to deny, revoke or refuse to extend membership based on unbecoming behavior that does not align with the community's goals or mission. These behaviors include, but are not limited to: poor mindset, scarcity mindset, complaining, sulking, having a victim mentality, negativity, bad/poor energy, verbal, physical or emotional abuse, threatening others or one's self, etc.
+ Software and Internet Requirements
Your purchase includes instant access to the member hub, content, and community within The Wedding Photography Society. This course is available through an online portal accessible via most major Internet browsers. You must have high-speed Internet access to watch the course material. Basically, if you can watch other videos online, you can watch the videos hosted here. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that you understand the high-speed Internet requirements, and you recognize that no refunds will be processed because your Internet isn't fast enough to watch the videos.
+ Content Delivery
