Today, we held our first Rountable Meetup! The goal of the group is to gather passionate female entrepreneurs in the wedding industry together in order to push each other and build relationships. So…today, Mia Sandberg of Root Floral Design, Valerie Woerner of Val Marie Paper and I had lunch at Cochon to discuss some of our hopes for the group!
We are going to continue meeting and are hoping that we can get together with others who are looking to connect and to grow as well. If you or someone you know would be interested in hanging out, be sure to leave a comment below!
I always love the opportunity meetup with Valerie and I was especially excited to see her today because she came bearing gifts (awe come on…who doesn’t love a gift on a Thursday — or any day for that matter?!) π Β I had spoken with Val previously about my need for business stamps…one with my logo for stamping things that I package and another for stamping mail. Let’s be honest, I’m ALWAYS looking for ways to cut down on tasks and free up my time for fun. π
And with Val…you can always expect perfection! Everything she produces always looks even BETTER than I could have imagined!!! She showed up today at our lunch with a small brown box that fit perfectly in my hands wrapped and closed with a coral ribbon. π Inside the box….well, just see below!
I’ll be stamping EVERYTHING in site. So, Chaos better watch out…as well as any person who walks through the door! π
