She’s Bold, She’s Beautiful….and she’s a baker. The talented Katie of Katie Bakes is preparing deligently to soon host her Grand Opening in River Ranch. Katie intends to bring a bit of the past to the present with her whoopie pies, cake balls, and cake ball cakes. And let me tell you, they’re good. (At this point, I’ve had PLENTY to know.)
I asked Katie to describe her business in three words and these were the words she used: Fun, Nostalgic, and Homemade.
Her desire is to bring that homemade feel right into her bakery to share with all those who stop in for a sweet bite. It has been a blast working with Katie for this huge and exciting new undertaking in her life. I love that she’s taking a risk and putting everything into her passion.

Your whoopie pies and cake balls….MMMMMMMmmmmmm. I’m going to be in trouble when your bakery is open in River Ranch! And I’m looking forward to it.
