“Love is the condition in which the happiness of another is essential to your own.” – Robert Heinlein
Weddings are not solely for the documentation of love between the couple, but also for the love that exists throughout the day. There are so many small instances of love scattered throughout a wedding that we are there to capture.
The Saturday before last, Jen + Tara were married here in Lafayette, and Amelia and I had the privilege and the honor of photographing their day.
Below is a glance into the moments that occurred throughout their special day.
It’s safe to say that if we’re ready and if open…this type of love is around us every day. We just need to be prepared to accept it, and to return that love to others.
I love to photograph weddings because it is a constant reminder to appreciate LIFE. At any moment, the love that means so much to us can be taken away. Life is too short…we need to appreciate every person and live every moment.
Live Simply, Love Freely,
Catherine
This is why I love you and why you are a phenomenal photographer and a phenomenal person 🙂
