I might be biased (I mean…I am dating the bass player)….but I’m most definitely a fan of Roaming Signal’s style, attitude, and most importantly their music.
Their music varies from slow, emotional, and soulful to upbeat, funky, and alternative. I couldn’t be more proud of these guys.
Roaming Signals is made of 5 of the most talented gentlemen I know including my boyfriend, Brad Domingue (bass) and the following group of guys:
Jared Price – Lead Vocals
Jesse Zee – Sax & Keys
Pauly Domingue – Guitar
Henry Holmes – Drums
Brad Domingue – Bass & Backup Vocals
They performed for their first time live on television this past week. It was a big milestone for them and proved that they are solid as a group and continuing to grow daily. I’ve never seen a group of guys work so hard at pursuing their passions.
Each of these 5 gentlemen have used music to overcome some sort of hardship in their lives. I know personally through Brad, that I’ve seen him escape into his own musical head to leave reality every now and then. Together, they use their individual talent to send Roaming Signals into the world. Literally.
If you haven’t already, be sure to check out their FB page for updates, info…and well, awesome music: https://www.facebook.com/roamingsignals
When they asked me to photograph them for their upcoming album…I was flattered. We worked together to come up with a concept and location for the shoot…and somehow, we ended up in the middle of Jefferson street at 5:00 on a Wednesday. Oh. And did I mention there was a couch involved?
Looking back, I wish I would have videoed them waiting out the traffic, running all together to the middle of the road, placing the couch, posing as we had practiced, taking the photo, picking up the couch….and running to the other side (all in approximately 10 seconds). It was like a Wayne’s world hockey game!
The shoot was a huge success and a ton of fun in the process. Commercial work isn’t something that I usually share so it’s really exciting to have the opportunity to help share these guys with the world.
