The start of Tracy + Matt was never what they thought it would be. Initially, Tracy + Matt met through a mutual connection when she went to Texas to visit. At a bowling alley, Tracy + Matt began their friendship. Over time, they grew that friendship with phone calls, and eventually a visit: as best friends.
Until….
That all changed. Having begun their relationship as best friends, the foundation was there, which made their love strong. Over time, that love has only gotten stronger.
Together, Tracy + Matt are living life side by side, happily in love, best of friends, and as of recently, they’re engaged to be married!
They are excited to begin their journey as husband and wife and I’m thrilled to be documenting this all as their wedding photographer.
Below is a preview of their engagement session at the Acadiana Zoo! We had SO much fun there…meeting the animals, feeding the llamas/giraffe and just enjoying the day. Tracy + Matt love to “nerd out” over the zoo species so this really was the perfect spot for their shoot.
I’d also like to give an extra special thank you to Lindsay for being so accomodating to us at the zoo and giving us the VIP treatment!
