Lauren is a bride with poise, a bride with confidence, and a woman of character. She holds her chin high, walks with elegance, and moves with ease. If you would see her outside the ballet studio, you would only know this about her, but if you saw her here…in her element, in this studio where she grew up, you would know that she’s a ballerina.
Lauren has spent much of her life dancing her, learning these techniques that are such a large part of who she is and when I learned this about her the first time we met, I knew this was something that we would incorporate into her bridal session.
Since I met Lauren, I have enjoyed my time around her, photographing her. Her posing is exquisite and to be honest…she makes my job easy. She’s open-minded and goes with the flow; and although it goes without saying, she’s extremely photogenic.
Lauren + Marc were wed last weekend and spent the rest of their Saturday afternoon wedding celebrating with their closest friends and family….dancing! π I am so excited to finally be able to share her bridals!
This image was framed at the reception….it’s one of my favorites.
The natural light and mirrors really gave the location the feel we were looking for. π
Gorgeous, Lauren!!!
I really could have spent the afternoon shooting in the studio, but we decided to shoot in New Iberia at Jungle Gardens as well to add a bit of variety to the shoot.
This….She makes everyone around her smile. π
Hands Down, my favorite shot of the day!
I adored Lauren’s vintage shoes.
AH! I just LOVE photographing her!
Well Lauren, if ballet…or any of your future endeavors fail you….you can always take up modeling. π
Have a wonderful Tuesday!!! Thanks for stopping by. π
