Alisha: Daring, Unique, and beautiful…. A woman who loves with her WHOLE heart.
When Alisha and I first met, she came with her fiance’, her daughter, and her mom. That alone, said it all: She is someone who loves BIG; and her family and her love for Johnny mean everything to her.
Throughout this process, I’ve seen her patience, and her ability to focus on what’s important. She cares about the details, but what’s MOST important to her, are the moments and the relationships.
For Alisha’s bridal session, she chose to shoot at the Old Louisiana State Capitol. She wanted to shoot in a space that was non-traditional and colorful…a place that was old but with a modern twist. Again, Adella and her mom were there by her side. The day was perfect and we were able to escape the Louisiana Heat by staying inside the beautiful walls of the capital.
At the end of the shoot, Alisha (despite the fact that she HATES….H.A.T.E.S. bugs, and grass, and dirt) walked through the field barefoot for the last set of shots. And when it was all said and done, she was rewarded with a Dr. Pepper. LOL 🙂
Alisha,
From day one you have treated me not as your photographer, but as your friend. As a result, I’ve felt comfortable and confident to test the limits. 🙂 Thank you for being so trusting and so wonderful….and of course, for dinner @ my FAVORITE restaurant in the world after your bridal shoot. You truly have a beautiful connection with your family and with Johnny and I’m so thankful to have been chosen to be the one there every minute documenting those interactions for you to cherish forever.
