They wanted a day filled with ivory and black decor, a whimsical wedding for their friends and family to celebrate the start of their lives together. Bevon + Brit’s wedding was simple, and classic with a twist of modern…everything they envisioned for their special day.
Brit’s incredible proposal to Bevon is just a taste of the awesomeness that they are. Not only are the both absolutely gorgeous and extremely photogenic, they are kind…considerate and so much fun to be around.
The wedding day started at the beautiful St. Joseph’s Church and concluded with good music and wonderful food at Rip Van Winkle Gardens. Thank you both for choosing me to photograph your wedding day and to be a part of this entire process. 🙂 🙂 🙂 You are destined for a wonderful life together and I’m honored to have been a part of this special time, this start of your life together. It’s been SUCH a pleasure working with you both…..
Did your jaw just drop, too? I know…that’s exactly what happened to me the first time I saw Bevon’s ring.
Bevon had lots of help and wonderful support from her close friends on her wedding day! 🙂
I just love this picture of her.
While I was with Bevon getting ready for the day, Amelia spent some time with Brit as he and his groomsmen prepared for the wedding.
Just before she stepped out, she captured Brit as he started to read his letter from Bevon.
Cheers!
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location or a better group of ladies to photograph there. GORGEOUS!
Sadly, Bevon’s father passed and so on the way to the wedding, Bevon requested we stop at the gravesite to honor him.
What a studly group of men!
You know…it’s those special instances, those moments in between that I love so much on a wedding day. When we arrive to the church, it’s usually the first moment of the day when I photograph the guys and Amelia photographs the ladies.
Brit spent time outside laughing and cutting up with the guys….
And the ladies spent a special moment in prayer.
Bevon, you are beautiful!
….Just before she walks down the aisle.
Here she is…the beautiful bride.
Before the wedding, Bevon told me this was the most important shot to her….the photo of his face the second he saw her.
Typically during a catholic ceremony I’m unable to shoot on the alter. Luckily, for Brit + Bevon’s wedding, I was able to actually stand beside the bridal party…capturing their faces and the faces of their closest friends.
🙂 🙂 🙂 Brit…kissing BEVON’S ring. 🙂 🙂 🙂
And as I was on the alter, Amelia was there to capture this shot below. 🙂 LOVE.
Mr. and Mrs. Brit Framel
After the family formals, we spent about 15-20 minutes photographing Bevon + Brit….
You two are just SO incredibly cute.
Their first dance as husband + wife.
Oh Bevon…you’re just so beautiful.
I am in LOVE with their wedding cake!
The photo booth props were AWESOME…and a complete surprise for Bevon.
Okay…fa real. Bevon’s grandpa cracked me up. In case you cannot tell, this money that he’s holding: it’s fake. 🙂
When I get married, Bevon, I want a picture JUST like this of me with my brothers.
I think everyone should dress like this at the reception. lol….
We all agreed, he looked a little like Jesus here (minus the beer of course).
DJ Jamie Knight and his COOOOLL purple lighting added a nice atmosphere to the already AWESOME celebration.
The reception was a blast and ended with a bang: a sparkling bang that is.
Sparklers…..are my favorite.
Have a wonderful evening!!!! Congratulations you two….I wish you a lifetime of love.
