Welcome to My Office!

To say I’m excited would be a serious understatement. I considered playing down my excitement,  but what’s the point in faking it. I’m ecstatic…beyond happy to finally be moved into my very own space.

And it’s been a process. About 5 or 6 months ago, I made the decision that I needed my own space to work, a place to be away from home (and Chaos 🙁 🙁 🙁 even though it makes me sad…) So that I could put 100% of my focus into my work. Becuase if I worked hard, then I wouldn’t feel guilt about the time taken to play hard. 🙂

In the post I wrote on this milestone for my business, I expressed my gratitude to my parents, Brad, Beth, and a few others who have been there every step of the way. Because really & truly, I owe them all the credit. They’ve just been SO generous with their time and talents. 🙂 🙂 And again, I am SO thankful to each of my clients for hiring me and supporting my business. I couldn’t be happier to be living this dream.

After one full week of working here, I felt comfortable enough to write a post where I called it “My Office.” 🙂 Because it does sound funny to say…and when I do, I still get these fluttering butterflies of excitement in my stomach.

So here it is: WELCOME!

Welcome to my office!!! 🙂 I was very persistent about creating three distinct areas within:

A sitting area with a comfy couch, a work space, and a display wall.

And after my first full week in here, I’m loving having people stop by and I’m definitely enjoying the new view. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

The display wall is my favorite part of the office. I love the lighting (yes…Brad and I actually did arrange the bulbs to create a specific pattern…lol) and I love the wall color (Thanks Beth!!)

If you’d like to stop by, I’d love to have you here. And to those of you that have mentioned wanting to come by, I’m now in a position to have you. And would love that!
