I have memories sitting around the glass coffee table in our living room, flipping through (yes, this will date me a litte) JCPenney catalogs for my Christmas list. Every year, we had to write our list for Santa and explain to him how good we’d been (well, except for my oldest brother) ……….kidding. <–He was always too busy making fun of me to actually cause any harm.
Anyhoo….my list usually included the typical things like : everything that my brothers’ wanted, plus a barbie car and a puppy. And then as I got older my parents probably thought I was nuts! I can still remember asking them for a pool table and a swimming pool! <–seriously?
Now, I’m still making Christmas lists. The only real difference is that now it’s filled with practical investments , only necessities……….. beautiful shoes, fabulous jewelry, and a fair share of modern decor and interesting household design elements. I LOVE to online shop in my down time, so I enjoy this time of year because it gives me an excuse to spend time on my favorites websites like Fab and Rue La La (shopping for others of course).
I’ve also had the opportunity to recently stop by Red Arrow Workshop in River Ranch as well as Herringstone’s, both of which have such variety to offer their local customers.
SO, here it is…my Christmas list for 2012. I promise I’ve been good this year!
