Once a month we meet just as the sun sets in the corner outside at the local Starbucks. We talk photography and we cut loose, developing strong relationships. And you never know when those relationships will manifest.
As a business owner, I have come to value my relationships with others more than anything. My relationships with local photographers, business owners, clients, and friends has proved to be the most fun and exciting part of having my business. It has also proved to be SO valuable especially in a situation like the following:
At Camera Club, this is where I originally met Daniel Keddinger. Daniel is a local webdesigner and MAD talented. (I’m not sure what’s up with me saying Mad Talented so much lately..but he is!)
Since my the release of my new website there has been a few issues with the blog being transferred to a new host. At the last Camera Club meeting, Daniel and I struck up a conversation about it. He seemed confident that he could resolve the issue. He promised that the transfer could be done in a minimal amount of time. And it was. OVERNIGHT in fact. The issue was resolved!
And SO…here is my blog. Back to normal and now connected to my newest domain: www.catherineguidry.com
I am thoroughly impressed with Daniel’s MAD skills 🙂 🙂 :)…If you’d like to check out his website you can do so at the following link: http://www.crucedesign.com.
And in BIGGER news, I’d like to send a big congratulations to Daniel’s newest family addition. His 7 lb. 11 ounce baby girl. 🙂 Feel free to send your congrats to him also by commenting below!
