If you’re talking about a laid-back bride, it’s Emily. One with fine taste and attention to detail, it’s Emily. Or if maybe you’re speaking of a bride who laughs easily and is open-minded and artistic….well then, you must be talking about Emily.
Emily’s wedding was held last weekend at Greenwood Plantation. I’ve been looking forward to her wedding for a very long time and it was everything I thought it would be and more. She was giddy excited from the moment I saw her and she was skipping off into the distance with her husband when I left.
We were sad that Emily’s mom couldn’t be there for her bridal session, but we had a helpful and supportive crew with details and video footage to share with Mrs.Anne after the session. It was FREEZING the day of her session, but not one complaint came from Emily. She just posed, radiantly as I captured her….
Emily’s shoes are her favorite detail. And I can COMPLETELY understand why. On her wedding day, I seriously couldn’t take enough photographs of them!!!
I also cannot say enough about her gown; it was simple with the detailing in the texture, the way it formed to her body, and the band around her waste. The design of the band was also incorporated into her bouquet on the wedding day!
Emily’s bouquet for her bridal session was GORGEOUS…and her bouquet on Saturday…..WOWOWOWOWOW!
Because Ms. Anne couldn’t be there, we made sure to take some in a rustic and old location just for her! 🙂
It’s a close race in my mind between which image is my favorite out of the one above and the one below.

I enjoyed the bridal session SO much! You are so amazing and truly a model bride and person in every way. I honestly can’t say enough about your selfless personality and easy going ways. You were a PLEASURE to work with. Thank you for choosing me to work with you and for allowing me to express my artistic abilities through your images. Ahhh the pictures are so gorgeous! I wanted to thank you for the sneak peak of the beautiful pictures of the wedding details that are already on your main blog page.. The bridals are gorgeous…the last is my favorite. I told Emily it belongs in Vogue. I will be checking the website obsessively till the wedding pics arrive!! Beautiful wedding, beautiful bride, and I know the pictures will be fabulous, because these bridal pics are amazing!
