I KNOW we’re 6 days in….I’m a total slacker on this but in an effort to continue from last month’s desktop “screen goodness” as Val refers to it, we’ve released another desktop backdrop…(and for me…iphone/ipad backdrop as well)! 🙂
Seriously, is it really November already?! And yesterday, I wore sleeveless for the first half of my day! (I’m one of those excessive outfit changers. lol… I was excited to see, however, that it would be nice and cool outside for this afternoon’s shoot. Anyway, I digress.
Val came up with the idea to release a desktop background once a month starting last month and I was like, “HECK YEA!” She told me the news just before I left for my Finland trip…so while there, I made a point to shoot things I thought would suite a computer screen and not get boring to look at for an entire month.
I have to say that last month, I was secretly excited everytime I opened my computer to see the October backdrop of the woodstacks and the orange calendar created by Val’s talented hand (reflective of her stationary design.) This month…it’s a wintery type shot of a birch tree with one of my favoriteeeee colors: Mustard Yellow and again, Val’s critical eye in regards to the type and layout.
Click HERE to download the backdrop. And for those of you, like me…who need instructions on installation, see below:
*When the image pops up simply save it to the desktop or click on the image, hold the mouse and drag it to the desktop.*
*From there (if on a Mac), visit the “System Preferences.”*
*Click Desktop/Screensaver Option.*
*In the Folders section (on the left) click desktop, find and click the image.*
If you do enjoy the backdrop and would like this to continue, please leave your comment below!
Enjoy your Tuesday!!! (And don’t forget to Vote!)
