Kourtni + Scott’s paths first crossed on the campus where they’d eventually wed. They were both involved in UL athletics. Scott was playing football for the University and Kourtni was cheering.
Being involved in the athletic program brought them together via mutual friends and hangouts…when Scott began to notice Kourtni time and time again. And eventually, when the timing was right…they began seeing one another exclusively!
I could tell immediately when around Kourtni + Scott that they are BEST friends. Even at their wedding, almost every moment of their day was spent side by side.
Speaking of their wedding….it was perfect. Their ivory, champagne, and navy color palette….was a lovely compliment to Kourtni + Scott’s Rustic Decor. They incorporated their love for the University in details such as Scott’s cake and their engagement photographs…and Kourtni made several of the details herself!
I connected with Kourtni + Scott from the get go…and I’m honored to have been there to document their wedding day. Below are a few of my favorites from the wedding::

Kourtni + Scott,
Thank you SO much for having us there to photograph your wedding day. Amelia and I thoroughly enjoyed shooting your wedding and wish you the best of luck in all that life brings. My parents always told me to marry my best friend. It’s obvious that you’ve done exactly that and I have no doubt there’s a life full of happiness ahead.
