Tell us about your wedding venue(s) and why you chose to get married there.
I love New Orleans and St. Louis Cathedral is an iconic New Orleans venue. It is also in the French Quarter. Which is always so much fun and so New Orleans. I wanted to be able to second line in the Quarter. Where else will they block off the streets and let you parade down them other than New Orleans.

My dress
What is your favorite wedding memory from the day?
There are a lot. Seeing Matthew for the first time when they opened the doors to the Cathedral was my favorite and most special. I am glad we waited to see each other instead of doing a first look.
How did you incorporate your personalities into your wedding celebration?
We are both fun people and always want everyone around us to have a good time. That is what we tried to do with our wedding. Everyone kept saying do what you want throughout this process and do not worry about every one else. But what we wanted was for all of our guests to have just as a rememberable time as we planned to have. I think we accomplished that. Everyone really seemed to enjoy themselves and are still raving about it.
