Six years ago, their journey began. Kennon asked Chelsie on a date and over time…they began to realize how great they were together as a couple. But to this day, they are still the best of friends! They live on a seven acre farm with horses, dogs and cats and spend lots of their time loving on their animals. They also enjoy outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, yard work, biking, hiking and horseback riding! These guys are active!! 🙂
For Kennon’s proposal to Chelsie, they were at Chelsie’s family ranch for Labor Day weekend. It is a beautiful piece of property, neighboring the Rio Grande with cliffs that look out over the stunning view. They make it a tradition to take photos at the top so as they were doing a “selfie” at sunset, Kennon got down on one knee and asked Chelsie to marry him!!
Because Chelsie and Kennon love the outdoors and farmland so much, they chose The White Magnolia as their location for engagements. It really was the perfect spot for this couple and I honestly can’t say I stopped laughing the entire session. Chelsie and Kennon are SO.much.fun. I am really looking forward to documenting their wedding day, but until then……here is a sneak peek of their engagement session.
