Michelle + Jonathan are SO considerate and speak a lot of surprises for their friends. So, I wanted to do something for them that I haven’t done before: a SAME DAY POST! ย The weather today was absolutely BEAUTIFUL…and to be quite honest, I couldn’t WAIT to blog their session! ๐ So, after today’s shoot, I literally rushed home, put my card in the computer (thank goodness for digital) and I’ve been sifting through and editing my favorite shots since.
Michelle + Jonathan’s engagement began on their most recent trip:ย It was dinner time in Disney World..the setting was sweet and ย romantic. As they sat across the table from each other Michelle whispered to Jonathan, , “If youโre going to propose, nowโs the time.” Little did she know, he was five steps ahead. They had just made the three mile mark in their relationship and were doing what they love most: traveling together.
The next day, they continued to enjoy the place most famously known for its magic, smiles, and wonderful memories. With a loose ring in his pocket, they rode ridesโฆwalked the parks and eventually admired the fireworks at Magic Kingdom. As the fireworks came to a close, they ย walked slowly toward the castle when he turned to her and asked โDo you like doing this?โ Michelle smiled and responded with a smile and a, “Yes.” They continued walking.
A few seconds later, Jonathan asked her if she would want to do this together for the rest of their lives?ย She didnโt say anything for an entire minute while she gathered her thoughts and realized what he was asking…upon which she excitedly said YES!!!
Michelle + Jonathan have said over and over again that they want a wedding that’s unique. They have so many surprises in store for their guests and I can’t wait to photograph all of these details on their special day.ย Michelle had the idea to incorporate some of the details into the engagements so that she can frame large prints near each area. In order NOT to reveal specifics, I’ll just list the items and you can use your imagination>>> ๐ A few things we incorporated were Jonathan’s yellow Jeep, Green Margarita Snowballs, Rusty +ย Rusty + Schult (I think that’s spelled correctly?! :)) ย <—Their two beautiful dogs, andย LSU Poms.
Today really was such a great day; we even had the chance to each Fat Cow Burgers and Duck Fat Fries….WOW. SOOOO good. ๐ Thanks so much you two!
