Las Vegas is known for its bright lights, oversized architecture, and the promise to send you away richer than when you arrived. It is definitely ALL that in addition to an excellent place for photography. Angelena and Greg’s wedding took place on Tuesday of last week at the Springs Preserve in Las Vegas. The wedding was quite the celebration and ended with a bang. The next day, Angelena + Greg got together with Amelia and I for one last shoot, their newlywed session at the Mirage.
The goal for the shoot was to get a little more of that Las Vegas feel without having to walk the Las Vegas blocks (which apparantely are A LOT LONGER than they look). We were all pretty tired from the day before, but I am SO SO happy that they opted to do the shoot!!!
We started the session inside the letters of the Revolution lounge. Amelia was actually the first to notice that backwards inside the word Revolution was the word “LOVE” and so, with a little bit a photoshop work, I adjusted the image for it to read correctly. 🙂
Angelena + Greg have proved time and time again how photogenic they are.
After all, they were standing in oversized neon letters in the middle of a hotel in wedding attire with lights pointing at them and you would never guess it. They’re always so calm and collected.
And this is why I love them. 🙂
Next, we made our way over to the Beatles lounge at the Mirage to shoot them in the rainbow lights!
Gorgeous, Angelena!
I believe this is my favorite image from the shoot.
Angelena + Greg say that they love the way they are with each other. They keep it light, fun, and they genuinely bring out the good in each other.
🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
For Jude:
To loosen things up a bit, we went to the bar in the lobby part of the Mirage for drinks….
If this is not a Greg and Angelena moment, I’m not sure what is.
You guys rock.
I feel like the opportunities for photography in Las Vegas were endlesss, but it was Greg and Angelena that truly made the experience.
VIVA LAS VEGAS,
Catherine
These made me smile big time! How colorful and FUN! I really had a wonderful time. Hahaha I love our faces, we are so silly sometimes. 🙂
Thank you so much Catherine and Amelia!
