Kelley + Josh are offically Mr. and Mrs. Moore. It’s been more than a 5 year journey for them together…and it recently came to a conclusion START on their special day!
Kelley + Heather are lifelong best friends…so on the night out that they offered to bring someone home that they’d never met before, they had no idea that life had other plans for them. Jon was the gentleman they brought home, who eventually became Heather’s boyfriend. Jon is also Josh’s brother, who is now Kelley’s husband.
It’s amazing how fate has a mind of it’s own. Kelley + Josh celebrated their wedding on a beautiful day amongst their friends and family members. Kelley used her favorite colors of Jade, Silver, + Ivory to create the Southern and romantic day she’d always dreamed of.
Their wedding was colorful, beautiful….and it was laid-back as well! Amelia and I had such a wonderful time working with you guys and I’m so excited to share your day with the world:

Kelley + Josh opted to do a First Look on their wedding day. First Looks are absolutely amazing because they allow the couples to see each other in an intimate setting before the ceremony.
I love their reaction to seeing each other for the first time on their wedding.
So sweet! I find couples really allow themselves to be vulnerable during the First Look.
AH! It was a bit windy for their wedding…but somehow the wind always placed the veil in exactly the right spot.

Another great thing about doing a First Look, is the ability for us to take some lovely photos of the couple in natural light…and in a relaxed environment. There’s no rushing…only these two spending quality time with each other on their day!
Kelley loves the peacocks at Rip Van Winkle so I was happy this one came on over to pose for us!
And then…we went by the water and grabbed THESE images. I am absolutely in love with them! SO romantic!
The colors of the bridesmaids dresses really popped amongst the greenery!
What an awesome group!
You know…the wedding day isn’t only about the love between the couple. It was also fun to see Kelley + Josh share this day with their friends and family.
There are so many beautiful moments that exist throughout a wedding: So many different types of love.
Kelley’s mom watched as her beautiful daughter walked down the aisle.
The ceremony was perfect!
….I just adore this photo Amelia grabbed during the ceremony! LOL
Amelia also took this shot of Josh while I focused on Kelley’s perspective. Having two photographers for a wedding is so wonderful because we don’t have to interrupt the ceremony moving in order to capture unique perspectives.
